How do you make mushroom Bacon and onion potatoes?
ReplyDeletePut some potatoes on to cook, I usually use a small variety like Anya. Whilst the potatoes are cooking, chop the onion, bacon and mushrooms into equal size pieces then saute and season. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain, break them up slightly with a fork, add to the bacon mix and combine everything. Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish and grill for about 20 minutes until the potatoes have crisped up a little. Serve with rocket, watercress and spinach salad. It's really tasty! M xx
